Our Pure Chamomile Blue Extract, Natural has a fruity, mild tobacco-like flavor that compliments many alcoholic beverages including beer, cider mead and wine. We recommend a starting use level of 0.05% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverages. In beer and cider start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor has been submitted to the TTB, but is not yet approved.
