Almond Toasted Type, Natural & Artificial has a flavor reminiscent of the almond flavored crunchy pieces used on ice cream bars and other frozen dessert novelties. This flavor can be used in a wide range of baking and other food applications requiring a water soluble flavor. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients.
