This flavor has a darker more bitter profile when compared to our popular Chocolate Type, Natural Flavor Blend (SC-Item 045). In your typical baking mix recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients. In other applications start at 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
