Chocolate Dark Mint Type, Natural Flavor Blend can be used in a wide range of baked goods and other foods requiring a water soluble flavor. This flavor has a profile similar to the dark chocolate mint candy. In your typical baking mix recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients. In other applications start at 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
