Our Pecan Pie Type, Natural and Artificial (Contains < 0.10% Artificial Top Note) was formulated specifically for beer, wine and spirits. This extract captures the flavor of the complete pie with pecan, spice and crust notes. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.50% for most beverage applications. This clear and almost colorless extract will not discolor spirits.
