Rum Barbados Gold Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed as a match for the most popular brand of gold rum from Barbados. This flavor is approximately 5 times stronger than the rum. It can be used in a wide range of baking and other applications requiring a water soluble premium rum flavor. In your typical 3 cup baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients.
