French Vanilla Type Extract Clear, Natural & Artificial
French Vanilla Type Extract Clear, Natural & Artificial can be used in baked goods and other applications requiring a clear and colorless water soluble French vanilla flavor. In addition to vanilla it contains hazelnut and spice notes such as anise and cassia. This flavor will not discolor pure white buttercream. In your typical cake or cookie recipe, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of the dry ingredients in your baking mix.
Many of our ethanol based flavors have a low flash point and when shipped by air are often classified as hazardous. This can result in the flavors being cost prohibitive. In order to better serve the growing number of breweries in Europe and Asia that want to use our flavors, we have developed a new line of export flavors, which are ethanol free, or ethanol reduced. These products can be shipped as non-hazardous, which makes it easier and less expensive for breweries to import them. Our goal is to make it as easy for our export customers as it is for our domestic customers to use our products. If you are looking for a flavor that does not appear on our export list, please let use know so we can formulate the flavor for you.
