Pineapple Fresh Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in baked goods and other food applications requiring a water soluble pineapple flavor. The fresh, juicy profile of this flavor nicely compliments most sauces and dressings. In these applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In your typical cake recipe using 3 cups of baking mix, we recommend using one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight of your dry ingredients.
