Mixed Berry Blueberry Type, Natural Flavor Blend was developed for use in baked goods and confectionery products. This is a combination of blueberry, blackberry and raspberry flavors with blueberry predominant. In baked goods use one teaspoon, or 0.50% by weight dry ingredients in baking mix. In gummies and other chewy candy start at 0.25% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
