Pure Key Lime Type Extract, Natural can be used in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. In lower proof applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to taste. This extract is not completely water soluble and can result in a slight haze. If a completely water soluble flavor is needed, we suggest our Fresh Lime Type Extract, Natural. This product will cut clear in alcoholic beverages.
