Cacao Nib Extract, Natural is produced using dried and naturally fermented raw nibs, which gives the extract a rich bitter chocolate flavor. Cacao extract can be used in lieu of chocolate flavorings and extracts in a wide range of alcoholic beverages including beer, cider, wine and spirits. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.75%. This flavor is TTB approved.
