Chicory Root Roasted Extract, Natural (Chicorium intybus)

Our Chicory Root Roasted Extract, Natural (Chicorium intybus) is a hydro-alcoholic extraction of the roasted dried root. The extract has a coffee-like flavor with woody and nutty notes. Chicory extract can be used as a stand alone flavor or as a modifier for coffee and mocha flavors. In most alcoholic beverage applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
