This flavor was ordinally formulated specifically for beer, cider, wine and spirits to impart a lightly roasted pecan flavor. We recommend a starting use level 0.20% adjust to desired impact is achieved. Clear and almost colorless, it will not discolor distilled spirits. This flavor is TTB approved and does not require an artificial flavor label declaration when used in beer, cider, wine and spirits.
