French Vanilla Extract, Natural

French vanilla is typically a vanilla flavor with added notes of hazelnut, caramel and/or butterscotch, anise and cassia. It is often used as a one for one replacement for pure vanilla extract in syrups and beverages. In most applications we recommend a startling use level of 0.30% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
