We get a lot of compliments about our highly concentrated Maple Extract, Natural WONF, which tastes like real maple syrup, but is much stronger. Developed for use in non-alcoholic beverages, we recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.40% in most applications. This flavor works well in functional and nutritional beverages to mask the flavor of protein and other off notes.

Our Maple Extract, Natural WONF contains ethyl alcohol, water, natural flavor and maple syrup.
