Yuzu Extract, Natural (Ethyl Alcohol Free) was developed for use in beverages and other applications requiring a water-soluble yuzu flavor that can be shipped as non-hazardous via air. In most applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.25% and adjust to desired impact is achieved.
