Black Tea Extract, Natural (Camellia sinensis L.) (Cold Water Soluble) has a fresh brewed flavor and aroma. It can be used in any food and beverage application requiring a water soluble flavor including ice cream and frozen dessert novelties. It is rich in polyphenols (3.00% to 10.00%) and contains caffeine (0.50% - 4 .00%). In most ice cream and frozen dessert applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.50% and adjust to taste.
