Our Strawberry Type, Natural & Artificial (Contains <0.10% Artificial Top Note) (Propylene Glycol Free) was developed for use in beer, cider, wine and spirits. We recommend a starting use level of 0.10% to 0.30% in most alcoholic beverage applications and adjust to desired impact is achieved. In high proof spirits start at 0.75%. This extract is TTB approved and does not require an artificial flavor label declaration when used in beer, wine and spirits.
